What You Will Explore


Once you are attuned at level 1, using the Usui System of Natural Healing, and understand the power symbol, you will learn the meaning, purpose and energetic qualities of the traditional level 2 symbols:
  • The Power Symbol - amplifying and directing energy with intention
  • The Mental & Emotional Symbol - supporting balance, release, and inner healing
  • The Distance Healing Symbol - sending Reiki across time, space, and circumstance
You'll learn how to activate, integrate, and work with each symbol intuitively and with confidence.

Distance Healing

Discover how to send Reiki beyond physical boundaries, to loved ones, clients, past experiences, or future events. You'll explore both structured methods and intuitive approaches, all grounded in the Usui tradition.

Deepening Your Practice

Emotional & Mental Healing

Level 2 deepens your capacity to support emotional well-being. You'll explore techniques for:
  • Releasing stress and anxiety
  • Supporting emotional integration and inner peace
  • Clearing energetic blocks
  • Nervous system regulation through energy work

Professional Practice Skills

For those called to work with clients, this training gives you the confidence and foundations to begin. We'll cover:
  • Preparing your healing space
  • Session flow and client communication
  • Insurance, client GDPR, and ethics
  • Energetic boundaries and aftercare guidance

Your Training Experience

Your Level 2 Attunement Ceremony

You will receive the sacred Level 2 attunement - a powerful energetic initiation that strengthens your channel and aligns you with the higher frequencies of Reiki practice.


Guided Practice & Hands-On Experience


Throughout both days, you'll give and receive Reiki using the new symbols and techniques, leaving feeling confident, supported, and truly ready to integrate Level 2 into your personal or professional path.
