Welcome to Zana Grant Coaching, The portal to transformational change. By using this website, booking services or courses, or purchasing products or treatments, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. Services Offered
We provide Intuitive Psychology Coaching, with a Master Intuitive Psychology Coach, Reiki treatments, Reiki courses, past life regression, sound healing therapy, and related products. All services are for personal development and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this website, book services, or make purchases.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Sessions must be booked in advance.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Missed or late appointments will be charged in full.
4. Payment
All prices are listed in GBP £.
Payment is due at the time of booking or checkout.
We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card details.
5. Refunds and Returns
Services: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. For cancellations within the required notice period of 24 hours in advance of your appointment, your appointment will be rearranged, and you will not lose this session from your overall package or experience. If, during coaching, you miss one of your sessions without prior notification, it will be deducted from the overall number of sessions.
Products: Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
