2. Scope of Services

We offer a range of holistic, intuitive, and energy‑based services, carried out face to face or over Zoom, including:

  • Intuitive Psychology Coaching

  • Spiritual Life Coaching

  • Past Life Regression Sessions

  • Reiki Treatments (in‑person or distance)

  • Reiki Classes & Training (Levels I, II, III / Master Teacher)

  • Online Group Sessions, Workshops, and Circles

These services are designed to support personal growth, emotional wellbeing, spiritual development, and self‑awareness.

Important Notice

  • These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

  • You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and outcomes.

  • Results vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging in any service, you agree to:

  • Participate with honesty, openness, and respect

  • Attend sessions on time and prepared

  • Take responsibility for your wellbeing and personal choices

  • Seek professional medical or psychological support when needed

  • Refrain from attending sessions under the influence of drugs or alcohol

For Past Life Regression and deep intuitive work, you confirm that you are emotionally stable enough to participate.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds are not offered for completed sessions.

  • Digital products, online classes, and downloadable materials are non‑refundable.

  • Packages may be refunded at our discretion, minus any sessions already used.

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Missed sessions (no‑shows) are non‑refundable.

  • If we need to reschedule, we will provide as much notice as possible.

For group sessions, workshops, and classes:

  • Spaces are limited; therefore, bookings are final.

  • Transfers to another date may be offered at our discretion.

6. Reiki Classes & Training

By enrolling in a Reiki class, you agree that:

  • Accredited certification is based on attendance, participation, and demonstration of understanding.

  • Attunements are energetic processes, and individual experiences may vary.

  • Course materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or shared.

7. Past Life Regression

You understand that:

  • Past Life Regression is a therapeutic, intuitive, and exploratory process.

  • Experiences may be symbolic, subconscious, or metaphorical.

  • It is not intended as factual historical verification.

  • You remain fully responsible for your emotional wellbeing during and after the session.

8. Confidentiality

  • All sessions are private & confidential unless you provide written consent to share information.

  • Exceptions apply if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if disclosure is required by law.

  • Online communication carries inherent security risks; by using these methods, you accept these risks.

You agree not to:
